 6 minutes from the American Women’s Club (rue des Erables 1, RSG)
 8 minutes from the Napoleonic landmark, the Butte de Lion
 20 minutes  from Brussels center (19 kms south, exit 27,28 on the ring)
 

PARKING

There is adequate parking on the street, however we like to remind visitors that the 'pink sidewalks' are bicycle paths, and parking even partially should be avoided or the driver can risk  being  ticketed a small fine. You can park on this side of the street but beside of the bike path. On the opposite it is one tire off the street parking and a sign in the car window is not necessary. You're ready to come in and browse as long as you like.

DELIVERIES

INBOUND
Customers can drop off restoration projects at any time. An oversized door on ground level , no steps leads directly to the workshop. Small projects can brought along to the Open House days for turnaround time and cost estimates.
OUTBOUND
There is a fifty Euro fee for any pick up or delivery for sold goods or oversized restoration projects. Fees for all items and services are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

OPEN HOUSE AREAS

     During the private sale visitors can peruse three floors of more than 500 items: Ground floor, furniture and art ; Second floor: permanent gallery examples of commissions not for sale, artist's studio, rooms of furniture and art  and Downstairs: the DnD furniture restoration workshop where one can see samples of valuation certificates and the "before and after" items whose lost glory has been or will be revived again. All items are dealer priced everyday at Dutch n Duchess. During Private Sales and Open House Weekends, in-house visitors receive an additional 20% off of antiques purchases.
